SPEAKERS:
Mr Erkki Liikanen is Member of the European Commission in charge of
Enterprise and the Information Society. Mr. Liikanen will be visiting Japan
on the occasion of the EU-Japan Business Dialogue Round Table (BDRT)
scheduled to take place on July 17th and 18th in Tokyo.
As the Chairman of ICL PLC and former Vice-Chairman of Fujitsu Ltd,
Mr Michio Naruto is involved in the global dialogue for the development of
Information Technology, serving as a member of both the Global Business
Dialogue on E-commerce (GBDe) and the EU-Japan Business Dialogue Round
Table.
Mr. Nagaaki Ohyama is Professor at the Frontier Collaborative
Research Center, Tokyo Institute of Technology. Professor Ohyama served as a
member of the Advisory Board for Promoting Information and Telecommunication
Society (Prime Minister s Office), member of the Study Group on Improved
Infrastructure for Electric Commerce (MITI) as well as a member of the
committee for the Ministry of Interior Affairs and MPT.
